Lindsay Lohan gets freed from jail, but she’s not just a free woman.

The actress was freed at 1:35 a.m. Monday later on serving 14 days of a 90-day conviction for offending her probation in a 2007 drug case, a sheriff’s spokesman said. She’s at present needed to start a three-month stint in rehab. A prosecutor has told that Lohan can’t be discharged too soon and will have to pass the full time in treatment. Lohan’s brief stay wasn’t sudden, although it was well longer than the eighty-four mins she passed at the same facility in 2007. The judge stated on Lohan’s surrender on July 20 that she had no more control over how long the actress would be imprisoned, but did need her to serve her time at a women’s imprison operated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, didn’t instantly bring back an electronic mail message seeking comment.
